§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Violation of § 92.05 is punishable, upon conviction in the Municipal Court, by a fine of not more than $250 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or both.
   (C)   (1)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 92.20 through 92.24 shall, upon conviction, be subjected to a fine in the amount not to exceed $25. Each day a violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
      (2)   In addition to any other penalties that may be imposed, any campsite or camp facilities or camp paraphernalia used for overnight sleeping in a manner not authorized by § 92.23 or other provisions of this code shall constitute a public nuisance and may be abated as such. Movement from one location within city limits to another does not constitute abatement by the owner.
