§ 70.34 OFFENSES AGAINST PARADE.
   (A)   No person shall unreasonably interfere with a parade or parade participant.
   (B)   No person shall operate a vehicle that is not part of a parade between the vehicles or persons comprising a parade.
   (C)   No parade participant shall dispense items, such as, but not limited to, candy, flyers, stickers, in any manner except hand to hand to parade-goers. It shall be a violation of this code for any parade participant to throw any item. For the purpose of this section PARADE PARTICIPANT includes floats, vehicles, animals, marching units or any other parade entries.
