§ 152.44 REQUIRED CONDITIONS.

The improvements set forth under the provisions of this chapter shall be obtained prior to the installation of any subdivision or project improvements within the township in public streets, public rights-of-way and public easements, and/or under the ultimate jurisdiction of the county.
