Any areas of land within the proposed subdivision which lie either wholly or in part within the floodway of a stream, creek or drain, or any other areas which are subject to flooding or inundation by stormwater shall require specific compliance with the Subdivision Control Act, Public Act 288 of 1967, being M.C.L.A. §§ 560.101 et seq., and applicable state law.
