§ 152.19 ASSESSOR’S PLAT.

If it is established that conditions exist whereby an assessor’s plat is necessary, said assessor’s plat shall comply with §§ 201 to 213 of the State Subdivision Control Act, Public Act 288 of 1967, being M.C.L.A. §§ 560.201 through 560.213.
