12.16.010 Skating or coasting devices in business districts, and parks--Prohibited.

   A.   No person shall operate or use any skating or coasting device while:

      1.   Upon any public roadway, alley or sidewalk in commercial, manufacturing or industrial areas within the city where signs have been posted prohibiting the use of any of the devices;

      2.   In any public park, playground or recreation area, where signs have been posted prohibiting the use of any of the devices.

   B.   For the purposes of this section, the term "skating or coasting device" shall be limited to skateboards, rollerblades and roller skates.
