12.08.090 Unruly conduct and language.
   No person shall indulge in riotous, boisterous, threatening, or indecent conduct, or abusive, threatening, profane, or indecent language, within a park in such manner as to disturb the public peace or materially disrupt the quiet enjoyment of such park or of any other person.
