12.08.070 Plant material.
   No person shall dig, remove, destroy, injure, mutilate or cut any tree, plant, shrub, bloom or flower, or any portion thereof, growing in any public park; nor shall any person remove or deface or destroy any wood, turf, grass, soil, rock, sand or gravel from any public park.
