All vehicles must be parked in designated parking spaces or legally on a street. It is unlawful to park or leave a vehicle where there is a red or yellow curb or on the park turf unless authorized in writing by the director of community services. This section shall not apply to any vehicle being used for authorized city business, nor to any police or other emergency vehicle.
