9.08.090 Further powers and duties.
   It is the intent of this chapter to provide that those police reserves who have qualified as Level 1 Reserves pursuant to Penal Code Section 832.6(a)(1) or Penal Code Section 832.6(b) and, in addition, have completed a minimum of five hundred sixty hours, shall have those peace officer powers and duties as provided by Penal Code Section 830.1 in accordance with Penal Code Section 830.6(a)(2).
