9.08.050 Duties, training and control.
   The duties of such members shall be to assist the regular members of the police department in the enforcement of the law and the maintenance of peace and order. The chief of police shall have control and supervision over, provide the necessary training for, and prescribe regulations for the conduct of, such members.
