All licenses shall be kept and posted in the following manner:
A. Each licensee conducting a business at a fixed place of business within the city shall keep its license posted in a conspicuous place upon the premises.
B. Each licensee conducting a business within the city, but not operating a fixed place of business in the city, shall keep his or her license upon his or her person or in the vehicle from which the business is being conducted at all times while conducting such business.
