2.72.050 Application to Brown Act.
   The provisions of the Ralph M. Brown Act, being Government Code Section 5495 et seq. shall be specifically applicable to the board of directors of the foundation. It shall not be applicable to any ad hoc subcommittee of the board of directors comprised of less than a quorum of the board, nor to meetings of volunteers assisting in special events for charitable solicitations.
