2.72.040 Maintenance of separate funding and accounting.
   All funds obtained by the foundation shall be maintained in a separate account held by the city and shall be expended only for the charitable purpose specifically authorized by the board of directors. The only expenses charged against the foundation account shall be those expended in obtaining and administering the funds collected. The account shall be audited annually in conjunction with the audit performed for the city of Murrieta.
