The city of Murrieta Foundation shall serve as conduit for the solicitation and receipt requiring of funds to be dedicated to specific charitable purposes; i.e., the Murrieta Library or the Murrieta Senior Center. The foundation shall accomplish this by the conducting of charitable fund raising events, funds solicitation, grant applications and any other means of obtaining charitable contributions. The determination of the specific charitable use of funds shall be within the discretion of the board of directors of the foundation.
