2.72.010 Establishment of city of Murrieta Foundation.
    There is hereby established the city of Murrieta Foundation. It shall consist of five members who shall be members of the city council. The terms of office shall coincide with the respective city council member's term of office. The mayor shall serve as chairman and the mayor pro-tem shall serve as vice-chairman.
