2.56.040 Statement of organization--To be filed with state.
   The redevelopment agency authorized to function shall cause a statement of organization, as required by Section 53051 of the California Government Code, to be filed within seventy (70) days of the date of adoption hereof with the Secretary of State of the state of California and with the county clerk of the county.
