1.08.040 Effect of other city ordinances.
   The adoption of the ordinances and codes described in Sections 1.08.010, 1.08.020 and 1.08.060 of this chapter is subject to the effect of any other ordinances adopted by the city council on or after July 1, 1991, which have amended or replaced or repealed any of the ordinances or portions thereof.
