§ 94.48 UNCOLLARED.

All dogs and cats found running at large upon the streets and public grounds of the municipality without a collar or harness are hereby declared a public nuisance. Uncollared dogs and cats found running at large shall be killed or impounded in the Municipal Animal Shelter by the Code Enforcement Officer or Humane Officer.
