(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to keep on their property any poultry, chickens (except as provided in (B) below), turkeys, geese, or any other fowls within the corporate limits.
(B) The Village Board shall have the authority to approve the keeping of ten or fewer female chickens within the corporate limits upon application to the Board. Such approval may be withdrawn by the Board at any time should the keeping of said chickens becomes a nuisance or is in violation of any other village regulations or laws.
