When the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees finds that any premises within the village may be maintained contrary to one or more of the provisions of §§ 92.20 and 92.21, he or she shall mail a notice to the owner, occupant, lessee, and/or mortgagee of the premises. The notice shall state the conditions which constitute the public nuisance and shall order the abatement of the nuisance within five days after the date of notice and shall be substantially in the following form:
NOTICE OF NUISANCE
[1st notice, certified mail, pictures taken by Enforcement]
TO: [insert Owner, Occupant, Lessee, Mortgagee]

Pursuant to Chapter 92 Section 92.25 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Murray, Nebraska, I, the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Murray, Nebraska declare that the following premises in the Village of Murray, Nebraska, known as: [insert street address] and more particularly described as follows: [insert legal description] is being maintained as a public nuisance contrary to Chapter 92 Sections 92.20 and 92.21 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Murray, Nebraska. The conditions which constitute the public nuisance upon the above- described real estate are as follows: [insert description of nuisance].
You shall have five (5) days from the date of this notice to abate said above-described nuisance.
