§ 34.03 ORDER TO DISPERSE; BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS CLOSED.
   (A)   Every person remaining present at the place of any riot or unlawful assembly after the same has been ordered to disperse by the police or any other lawful authority, except those public officers and persons assisting them in attempting to disperse the same, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (B)   The mayor or Mayor Pro Tem shall issue a proclamation which shall be delivered to the Chief of Police, who shall inform any business of the proclamation, declaring all or any business establishments to be closed and remain closed until further order. Any person, after notice, who refuses to close and remain closed shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
