§ 132.99 PENALTY.

Any person who shall violate the provisions of § 132.04 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a term of imprisonment not to exceed ninety (90) days and/or a fine not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). Each incident or separate occurrence of an act that violates this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense.
