§ 117.59 RIGHT OF CITY TO EXERCISE REGULATORY AUTHORITY.
   The city reserves the right to regulate any adult entertainment business and/or Adult Oriented Businesses as to the use and consumption of alcoholic beverages and the granting of any alcoholic beverage license or permit to establish the same.
