§ 117.56 RESPONSIBILITY OF MANAGER, OWNER, PERMITTED OR LICENSED PARTY.
   Every act or omission constituting a violation of any provision of this chapter, by any patron, member, employee, entertainer or representative of the Adult Oriented Business shall be deemed to be the act(s) or omission(s) of the owner, employee, manager and/or agent of the Adult Oriented Business and shall be punishable under the provisions of this chapter.
