§ 117.23 TRANSFER OF PERMIT OR LICENSE.
   (A)   An Adult Oriented Business permit or employee license shall be non-transferable, assignable or devisable.
   (B)   A permittee or licensee shall not operate or be an employee in an Adult Oriented Business at any place other than the address designated in the application for permit.
   (C)   Any transfer attempted in violation of this section is void and will revoke the permit.
   (D)   Any transfer of ownership or control of an Adult Oriented Business shall require the transferee(s) to obtain a new Adult Oriented Business permit.
