Any person, firm, corporation, partnership or other legal entity violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof, be subject to a fine not more than five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisonment of not more than thirty (30) days, or both, for each offense.
