§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   All sections of this Health and Sanitation Chapter that involve a monetary penalty shall be enforced by the Code Enforcement Officer and the Code Enforcement Board and/or the City of Murray Police Department.
   (A)   Unless indicated otherwise, any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or refusing to abide by and comply with the rules and regulations promulgated to effectuate this chapter shall be charged with a misdemeanor violation and be subject upon conviction to a fine not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each conviction. Each day of non-compliance shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   Violation of § 93.10(A)(5), (A)(9), (B)(2) and(D)(1) shall be punishable by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) per occurrence.
   (C)   Any violation of § 93.10(C)(2) through (C)(9) may result in a fine of up to fifty dollars ($50.00) for each violation.
