(A) The Murray City Council shall promulgate any and all reasonable rules and regulations deemed necessary or proper from time to time in order to carry out the objects and purposes of this subchapter and for the health and welfare of the citizens of the city in respect to the collection, removal, and disposal of refuse.
(B) It shall be the duty of the Murray Police Department and/or Code Enforcement Officer to enforce the provisions of this subchapter against violations or infractions thereof.
