§ 91.06 ENTOMBMENT OF UNEMBALMED BODIES IN MAUSOLEUMS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   The city does hereby prohibit the entombment of unembalmed bodies within the city in public or private mausoleums.
   (B)   Any body to be entombed within a city-owned or private mausoleum within the city limits shall not be entombed in such mausoleum unless the city has been furnished a certificate of embalmment by a licensed embalmer.
