§ 91.05 CEMETERY TRUST FUND.
   (A)   The City of Murray shall maintain a Cemetery Trust Fund in accordance with Chapter 307, Kentucky Revised Statutes.
   (B)   Any expenditures from the interest earnings of the Cemetery Trust Fund shall be on the recommendation of the City Council Finance Committee to the legislative body prior to formal request and approval from the Consumer Protection Division, Attorney General's Office, State of Kentucky.
