§ 53.99 PENALTY.

Any person who shall violate any provisions of §§ 53.10 through 53.27 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be fined in the amount not exceeding $500 dollars for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
