(A) On written instructions of the duly authorized officials of any municipality supplied by the Public Works and Utilities, the Public Works and Utilities will install standard fire hydrant, provided that the size of the existing street main and surrounding distribution system, and the available pressure on the street main is, in the judgment of the Public Works and Utilities sufficient to enable the giving of proper service at the fire hydrant under normal and ordinary conditions. The Public Works and Utilities will render the aforesaid service at a cost to the municipality in accord with the then prevailing rate schedule for public fire protection.
(B) Whenever a municipality desires a change in location of any existing fire hydrant, the Public Works and Utilities, on written notice to do so, will make such changes at the expense of the municipality.
