§ 53.25 WATER HAMMER OR SURGES.
   It shall be the obligation of the consumer to arrange his piping, fittings, automatic equipment, fixtures, facilities, and machinery, so that undue surges will not occur in the facilities of the Public Works and Utilities and so that water hammer can be avoided.
