§ 53.17 LEAKS AND DEFECTIVE PLUMBING.
   The Public Works and Utilities shall not be liable for any damage resulting from leaks, broken pipes, or from any other cause, occurring to, or within any house or building, and it is expressly stipulated by and between the Public Works and Utilities and the consumer that no claims shall be made against the Public Works and Utilities on account of the bursting or breaking of any main or service pipe or any attachment to the waterworks.
