§ 94.10 INDEMNIFICATION.

As a condition to the issuance of any permit under this chapter, the applicant/sponsor shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the city, its officers, employees, agents and assigns, against any and all suits, claims or liabilities for damages or injuries, including death, caused by, or arising out of, any special events under this chapter.
