Murray Municipal Utilities shall inform customers about rates and service practice policies by making such information available on application for service and at any other time on request. The Utility, on request, shall provide to the individual whose name the account is in, a statement of the monthly consumption for the prior twelve (12) months if it is reasonably ascertainable. The Utility, as it determines appropriate, shall utilize channels such as mail, newsletter, newspaper, radio, social media, and television to inform customers about rates and service policies. In addition, the city maintains a website at www.MurrayKy.gov, which provides access to information on all city services, meetings, ordinances, personnel and City Council activities as well as important updates occurring within city government.
