§ 133.07 PROHIBITION OF SMOKING IN ENCLOSED RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES.
   Smoking shall be prohibited in the following enclosed residential facilities:
   (A)   All private and semi-private rooms in nursing homes.
   (B)   All hotel and motel guest rooms.
