All licenses issued after January 1, 2017, by the City of Murray ABC Administrator, shall be renewable on the date established by the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control for the expiration of the state licenses issued for the premises located within the city. During the first year, if the new date for renewal does not occur on the date established by the Department for expiration of the state license, the City of Murray ABC Administrator shall prorate the cost of the renewal license or provided a prorated provisional license. Any licenses issued after the renewable date of any year shall be assessed a fee which is based on the pro rata portion of the remainder of the license period; however, the cost of any license shall not be less than one half (½) the amount of the full fee for an annual license of that type.
