Each violation of this chapter shall constitute a civil offense. The penalty for the first violation and each subsequent violation of any provision of this chapter shall range from fifty dollars ($50) to five-hundred dollars ($500) and shall be imposed and enforced by the Murray Code Enforcement Board pursuant to § 40.39 of the Code of Ordinance for the City of Murray.
