§ 74.02 PURPOSE AND INTENT.

It is the purpose and intent of this chapter to enact these regulatory laws in the interest of public safety, but the regulations hereinbefore set forth are not intended to relieve persons using the highways or on the railroad's right-of-way from the exercise of due care for their own safety.
