For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
"CAR." Any of the rolling stock common to railroad transportation.
"ENGINE." Any machine propelled by any form of energy and used in the operation of a railroad train.
"RAILROADS" or "RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAYS." The usual and accepted definition of those words.
"TRAIN." An engine, or more than one engine coupled, with or without cars and severally each car whether or not connected with an engine or with other cars.
