(A) Except as hereinprovided, no person, except employees of the town, shall take water from any fire hydrant, plug, faucet, fountain or street washer.
(B) Members of the town Volunteer Fire Department may take water from any fire hydrant for fire fighting purposes at any time. Upon giving prior notice to either the Town Manager or the Public Works Director, any member of the town Volunteer Fire Department may take water from any public fire hydrant for fire fighting training purposes.
