§ 50.07 UTILITY RATES; CUTTING OFF WATER.

(A) Water rates, deposits, connection and reconnection charges shall be determined from time to time by the Board and shall be kept on file in the office of the Clerk.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person other than a person authorized by the town officials to cut off the town supply of water.
