(B)
The Planning Board and/or Board of Commissioners may, in its discretion, permit certain items contained in division (A) above to accompany the plat rather than be depicted or contained on the plat itself.
(C) Where extensive improvements are constructed as part of the subdivision process, the Planning Board may require the submission of a separate, "as-built" engineering plat which provides details of construction and location of the improvements which have been installed. The engineering plat would be submitted concurrently with the final plat.
