(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of § 92.02, or who shall counsel, aid, or abet any such violation or failure to comply, shall be deemed guilty of a general misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than $50 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
