§ 91.20 PROTECTION OF WATERSHED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to fish by means of a rod, pole, seine, basket, trap, or by any means or manner in any reservoir, pond, lake, or stream used as a water supply for the town.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to wade in, swim, bathe in, deposit, or throw any harmful or unwholesome thing or substance in any pond, reservoir, lake, or stream used as a water supply or emergency water supply of the town, or to do any act or thing that shall defile, pollute, make impure, or render less fit and less wholesome the water supply of the town in any of the reservoirs, lakes, ponds, or streams or as the water may be conducted from any of the lakes, ponds, reservoirs, or streams used by the town as a public water supply, whether the same be a main, pipe line, conduit, or permanent or emergency water supply.
   (C)   This subchapter shall be liberally construed to the end that the water supply and water furnished by the town shall be fully protected from any and all pollution and contamination.
