(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of § 91.02, or who shall counsel, aid, or abet any such violation or failure to comply, shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $50, or imprisonment of not more than 30 days.
