§ 91.07 ABANDONED AIRTIGHT CONTAINERS REGULATED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to leave outside of any building or dwelling or any place accessible to children any unattended, abandoned, or discarded ice box, refrigerator, or any other container of any kind, which has an airtight door, which, when closed, may not be released for opening from the inside of the ice box, refrigerator, or other container.
