That portion of the parking area of Valley Village Shopping Center immediately adjacent to the front of Valley Village Shopping be and the same hereby is designated a fire lane and stopping or parking a vehicle therein be and the same hereby is prohibited. The erection and installation of “No Parking Fire Lane” signs on the front of Valley Village Shopping Center designating that portion of the parking area of Valley village Shopping Center immediately adjacent to the front of Valley Village Shopping Center as a fire lane and prohibiting vehicles from parking in the fire lane be and the same hereby is authorized | Ord. passed 11-4-2002 |
